This policy applies to the website and independent IT consultation and support provided personally by Rohit Phopse under the service name “Rohit's IT Solutions”.
2. Information you may provide
When you contact the service, you may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, device and software details, a description of the technical issue, and information needed to arrange or deliver the agreed service.
3. How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and discuss the requested service.
- To assess the issue, confirm scope and provide the agreed support.
- To communicate about quotations, payments, service delivery, cancellations or refunds.
- To maintain basic service and transaction records where appropriate or required.
4. Website enquiry form
The enquiry form on this website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. It does not submit the form to or store it on this website. Information is sent only if you choose to send the message through WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and subject to its own privacy terms.
5. Payments
If a third-party payment provider is used, payment details are entered into that provider’s checkout environment and are handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. This website does not ask you to enter or send your card number, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time password to Rohit.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared only where reasonably necessary to provide a service (for example, with a payment provider or communication service you choose), where you consent, or where disclosure is required by law or a lawful request.
7. Data security and remote support
Reasonable care is taken when handling information shared for support. Customers should close sensitive documents and avoid displaying passwords, banking information or private content during remote sessions. Do not send passwords or OTPs by chat or email.
8. Retention and your choices
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, provide the service, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of information shared directly with Rohit, subject to records that must be retained.
9. Third-party websites
This website may link to services such as WhatsApp or a payment provider. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy policies. Review those policies before using them.
